Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, we generally offer a no-refund policy once the download link has been accessed or the digital product has been downloaded, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

However, we understand that technical or purchasing issues can occur. Please review the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, unreadable, or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of being notified.

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

Wrong Product: The digital product delivered does not match the product description or the product you purchased. If we are unable to provide the correct digital product within 72 hours of being notified, we may issue a refund or another appropriate resolution.

2. Time-Sensitive Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period generally will not be honored, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • You changed your mind or decided you did not like the product. We provide a free preview and free audio content before purchase so you can experience the product and evaluate its value before deciding to buy.

  • You have already accessed or downloaded the digital content, except where a refund is required by applicable law or an exception under this policy applies.

  • You purchased the wrong format, such as EPUB instead of PDF.

Expired Promotional Offers: If you purchase a product at its regular price after a limited-time discount has ended, we generally do not provide refunds or partial refunds because the promotional price is no longer available. Promotional offers may be time-limited and displayed with a countdown timer.

Wrong Format: If you purchased the wrong format, we will gladly try to provide or exchange it for the correct format if you contact us within 72 hours of purchase.
